


| BIG PLANS and BIG MONEY FOR 2010! The Equine Roadster Cup is a new incentive program to help boost the Road Horse division. This program will help contribute to the growth and prosperity of the horse show industry. The intent is to promote a high caliber event and generate a greater prize money for the Road Horse division. PRIZE MONEY for the 2010 SHOW SEASON will be an excess of $25,000 or more! We are pleased to announce that WALSH HARNESS will be giving a Road Horse Harness and Road Pony Harness to one of the participants in each division of the ERC and the ERPC in the final championship class at Kentucky Fall Classic Horse Show!! We are pleased to announce new for the 2010 show season, the EQUINE ROADSTER PONY CUP with a PRIZE amount to excess $10,000 or MORE! The Equine Roadster Pony Cup will be open to all amateur and open pony roadster classes......The Equine Pony Cup will follow the same rules and point system as the ERC..... The Equine Roadster Cup incentive points are offered in the following divisions: Road Horse Open Road Horse Open Championship Limit Road Horse Novice Road Horse Amateur Road Horse Amateur Road Horse Championship Ladies Road Horse Amateur Gentlemen The Equine Roadster Pony Cup incentive points are offered in the following div. Open Road Pony Open Road Pony Championship Limit Road Pony Novice Road Pony Junior Road Pony Gentlemen Road Pony Ladies Road Pony Amateur Road Pony Amateur Championship RULES FOR ENTERING HORSES: Exhibitors must be 18 years of age or older. Horses must be registered with the USTA in the current owners name. A non-refundable Eligibility Fee of $100 per horse to be paid to The Equine Roadster Cup. Road horses may join anytime to the incentive program and points will start when the horse is nominated. Payment of the Eligibility Fee will be made in the name of the entered horse and will make that horse eligible to compete in any and all Equine Roadster Cup sponsored classes held that year. Eligibility will remain with the horse throughout the year should transfer of ownership occurs. Points will be accumulated from Oct. 4th through the last day of the Kentucky Fall Classic. All monies collected from eligibility fees and horse show fees will be dispersed to the top 8 point winners. 2010 points will begin Oct 4th for the following years ERC. RULES FOR ENTERING PONIES: Exhibitors must be 18 years of age or older. Ponies must be registered with the AHHS in the currents owners name. A non-refundable Eligibility fee of $100 per pony to be paid to the Equine Roadster Pony Cup. Road Ponies may join anytime to the incentive program and points will start when pony is nominated. Eligibility will remain with the pony throughout the year should transfer of ownership occurs. Points accumulated from Oct. 4th through the last day of the Kentucky Fall Classic. All monies collected from eligibility fees and horse show fees will be dispersed to the top 8 point winners.... NOTE TO HORSE OWNERS AND TRAINERS: YOU ENTER YOUR HORSE LIKE NORMAL....THE ERC ONLY REQUIRES A $100 ELIGIBILITY FEE BEFORE YOU SHOW, NO OTHER FEES ARE REQUIRED TO US AFTER THAT PAYMENT. POINT SYSTEM Each horse/pony will receive 5 points for entering and showing in the designated classes. The Final Championship Class will be showing for double points! HORSE SHOW REQUIREMENTS Show fees: 1 day show $50....2 day show $75......3 or more days $100 The Road Horse Cup and Road Pony Cup will have separate Horse Show Fees. This fee covers the whole show not each class and there would be no other requirements except to mail in your Road Horse/Road Pony results and put in your horse show premium that you are a sponsor of these classes. Any horse show wishing to host a Cup class must summit a request to the ERC secretary at least 30 days prior to the show. The horse show will receive a result sheet for each class it hosts, and these results sheets must be completed and returned to the ERC secretary within 30 days following the close of the show. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION: Prize money awarded in the Equine Roadster Cup will be divided in the following manner. This breakdown does not include the added money that will be added back to the purse from money collected from nomination and horse show fees. Break down for both cups will be up soon!
